Recommended: 10 mm. Hardly any printer prints less than 5 mm in full – on most devices that is the technically unprintable area.

Before printing: In the print dialogue set the size to 100 % or „Actual size“ – not to „Fit to page“. Otherwise the labels come out smaller than set. You can leave the margin setting on „Default“; this page sets the margin itself. Every printer works a little differently: after printing, the check line at the bottom of the sheet must be exactly 100 mm long. If it differs, the label dimensions are off as well. It is best to make a test print on plain paper first.
